Pr?monition magazine, based in Paris, started as a printed fanzine in 1988, but is now exclusively active online, with a nice looking website. They have quite some interesting content online, both in French and in English. Not every section seems to be completely up-to-date yet, but there is plenty to read, like recent interviews with Tuxedomoon, In the Nursery and Steven Severin. You can also participate in their 2004 referendum. If you submit your input before January 31, you may win a copy of Depeche Mode’s “Remixes 81-04”.
