The Netherlands is famous worldwide for its �The Hague electro sound�. But, only few are aware that Dutch elektro has its roots in the 80�s. A small group of musicians around the tape label Trumpett produced analogue elektro during the early 80�s.

�Trumpett sounds� features only tracks never released on vinyl before. The musicians that contributed to the record are The Actor, Ende Shneafliet, Doxa Sinistra, Thr�mboh, A. Van Garde and Trumpetto & Einstein. All tracks were recorded between 1981 and 1983.
