New releases from Reutoff, Der Blutharsch, Von Tronstahl, Ure Thrall, Cold Spring Records, Buben, Nick Grey, Megaptera, Synthcere Records and Sky Burial.
- Reutoff’s Three Withered Souls is a 2CD which is a reissue of the first two Reutoff albums – “Das Absterben” and “Three Souls For A Reasonable Price”. Out on Indiestate and limited to 500 copies.
- The LP Life in Copenhagen is a live document from Der Blutharsch`s ‘Farewell’ tour 2006, presenting the rock oriented side of the band.
- Some new Von Tronstahl releases: the MCD Mutter der Schmerzen with acoustic versions of their old tracks (also available in limited edition with extra cd-r) and a split MCD with The Days of the Trumpet Call (also available with bonus live DVDr).
- Arabian Knightmares by Ure Thrall reflects the ‘unfolding events of the current worldwide sectarian war in a series of harmonic constructs’ and is out on Tesco.
- Out on Cold Spring Records this month are a reissue of Calcutta Gas Chamber (1992) by John Waterman and the double CD set Pieces Of A Broken Dream by Bleiburg, featuring many collaborations.
- No Angels Prod. has released the limited cd-r Furor Poetics by Buben, a dark ambient/industrial project of Vladislav Buben, who is involved in the Belarussian dark electronic scene.
- 230 Divisadero is a new project by Matt Shaw (Tex La Homa) and Nick Grey (48 Cameras). Expect misty soundscapes, torpid arrangements and psychedelic electronics on their A Vision Of Lost Unity EP on Milk & moon recordings. There’s also a new Nick Grey album entiteld Thieves Among Thorns.
- Live Bait Recording reissues a 1991 cassette by Megaptera. On the You Will Never Survive This Nightmare DCD you will also find the 3 track cassette “Nightmares”, 3 unreleased bonus tracks and 6 live tracks.
- Synthcere Records announces their first artist “Echo Revolution”. Artists involved are Fektion Fekler, The Boy Who Saved Yesterday, In Hope Eternal and Coda Dolce.
- Sky Burial is the drone/ambient project of Michael Page of Fire In The Head. Spectrehorse is the second album and is now available from Audio Immolation Industries.
