Medusa’s Spell - Mercurian Behaviour

in medieval, Reviews

Mercurian Behaviour is not just an ambient album. Medusa’s Spell plays music that is like a blending of ambient and ethereal pop. One of the band members is also involved in Chirleison, which says enough.

Electronic ambient sounds and subtle guitar and piano melodies are crafted into calm songs. At times Medusa’s Spell has some of the same tragic beauty as All My Faith Lost also has. But, the sound of this album stays a bit lighter.

This is an album that will not pass unnoticed. You will be coming back to it time after time. A beautiful release!

Seriously, only 9 lines for a review, and you don’t say anything more than a promo sheet… It looks like you publish only good reviews to keep the labels sending you promo copies… Come on, you never say what’s wrong in those albums, you just describe them…

I agree with hem. This album is pure boredom as are your reviews. I used to check this webzine on a regular basis but it has become totally useless. Sad.
