Kasperle Eingeweckt - S/T
in indie/pop, Reviews
Kernkrach recently also started a sublabel for more punk orientated music called Hühnerschreck Räkotz. This 7″ is already the third release on that imprint. Kasperle Eingeweckt was a punk band that also liked to play around with cheap Casio synths. On this 7″ you will find four tracks, two from 1983 and two from 1985.
The sound quality is not very good, but because of the raw punk sound of the band it is no real problem. It is just that these songs sound like very authentic demo recordings, which they probably are.
Like with the Kernkrach releases a lot of attention is paid to the packaging. This might not be a record you will put on everyday but it is a nice piece to have in your collection for sure.
