Oskar Parviainen

Oskar Parviainen (1880 - 1938), a symbolist artist, born in Finland. He was both a graphic artist and a painter. Parviainen was a member of Sibelius’s circle of friends and a cosmopolitan. He died in Sweden.
A large part of his work can be found in the Joensuu Art Museum.
