Jnana Records is in the final stages of the production of a special compilation, ‘Not Alone’. This set will feature mainly previously unreleased material by 75 artists. All the proceeds from the sale of this project will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontierès to target their work on the AIDS epidemic in Africa.
