LTM is pleased to announce the third of three CD album re-issues by Glasgow band The Orchids, who recorded for cult label Sarah between 1987 and 1994. This five-piece band, who split in 1995, was compared to acts such as Felt, Aztec Camera and Primal Scream. Newly remastered for CD, “Striving for the Lazy Perfection” (1994) + Singles runs for 62 minutes and includes liner notes. The three bonus tracks are culled from the 1992 single ‘Thaumaturgy’.
