This time Kernkrach packed their new release in sandpaper. It has to be said that they know how to surprise their fans every time with some new crazy sleeve.
The music by Eurocheque is from the early 80’s. Their style is very playful minimal pop with some Neue Deutsche Welle influences. All songs are very light and poppy and real party music.
Possibly the music is too happy for some minimal fans, but if you like a lighter note from time to time you will be pleased by Die Runde Sache. Songs like ‘Deine Liebe’, ‘Sternchen’ and ’Handarbeit’ are moments of great electronic pop music.
Eurocheque is said to be working on a comeback. We will have to wait and see (and hear) how that will work out. For now enjoy Die Runde Sache.
