Jason Kahn and Jon Mueller produced the music on this 18 minute Mini-CD entirely from different sorts of paper, from commercial to special handmade paper. The result is a dense and microscopic sound journey in which the artists zoom in and out of the sound of paper.
Sometimes the sound is recognizable as that of tearing paper or turning a page, and sometimes the sound seems to be more zoomed in towards the individual grains of the paper (microscopic).
In all, this is a very nice and warm release that is just short enough to be absolutely perfect (lots of conceptual releases tend to be too long). It comes on a nice ?see-through? disc and is packed in a nice paper cover.
