this weekend the rolling stones-circus comes to utrecht, where the r&r veterans will play in the relatively small Vredenburg. i heard that on the black market prices of 2500 euro are being offered. despite the strict safety measures: everyone who bought a ticket received a letter with info at home. they have to bring this letter as well as an id card, in order to get a special bracelet around their wrist, which cannot easily be removed.
