Fresh from Finland

Ultranoir is a young group from Finland consisting of Utu, Jan, Anton & Jesi. After their first steps in 1999, things really took off when the band gots its current line-up in 2003. Spring 2004 brought a three song CD “But They All Can’t Be Loved”. You can listen to the three songs (“Angst macht frei’, ‘Schoolboy Deathwish’ and ‘Why can’t we believe we can’t be loved?’) in mp3-format or streaming audio. Emotional music somewhere between synthpop and guitar wave, with strong Cure influences. More audio files can be found here. In December 2004 Ultranoir also released a split 7″ vinyl with Romantic Vision.
