War Office Propaganda is a relatively new label from Poland. Their goal is “to promote all kinds of independent music, from military, industrial to dark ambient, neofolk and more…” So far they have published about 10 releases, including material by Harvest Rain, Stahlwerk 9, Pimentola and Cold Fusion. Last month they also made available their first compilation, “War Office Propaganda Voice vol.1”. And the good thing is that it’s an online affair, a free download of 17 mp3 files + necessary artwork. Some unreleased material, some tasters of WOP releases, many obscure acts. It will be especially appreciated by fans of martial, military music.
