Hagalaz’ Runedance’s third full-length album has arrived, entitled “Frigga’s Web”, another unique creation of alternative folk music. Through her music, lyrics and writings, she explores the spirituality of ancient Northern Europe, searching for the forgotten wisdom and values of her Pagan ancestors.
Frigga’s Web is yet another journey through time, focusing greately on the web of life, the mysteries of birth, death, afterlife and the connection between the goddesses Hel and Frigga. The talented Kristian Nordeide, the multi-instrumentalist of the band Fabelsvansene, plays all the Bagpipes, Bombarde, Colascione, Flutes, Harp, Lute, Lyre, Naglharpa and Vihuela. Another folk- musician who joined this recording is Goran Hallmarker, who plays the Hurdy Gurdy.
