Out on Cherry Red Records at the end of this month: “Programme For Progress”, the first DVD ever to feature the one the UK’s major industrial bands, Test Department. The band released the album “Program For Progress” in 1984, and made a full-length film to cover each song on the album – that film is presented here on DVD for the very first time.
