Redworms` Farm – Amazing

Italy’s Redworms’ Farm first came to my attention through a split with The Paper Chase. Now they’re back with an album of their own, which contains ten songs in just over 20 minutes. Redworms’ Farm plays an energetic mixture of indie guitar and punk rock, say somewhere between Fugazi and Sonic Youth, with some postpunk influences as well. The songs are quite dynamic, with sharp guitar playing, tight drumming and aggressive vocals. A solid album which is not revolutionary, but to the point and convincing, it’s over before you know it.
