V/A – Strobelights vol. 2

Already the second edition in the Strobelights series. As with the first cd you will get club classics and forgotten tracks in the gothic, deathrock, batcave and post-punk genres.

This time well-known acts like Sex Gang Children, Mephisto Walz and Play Dead have contributed a track. A bit more modern sounds are produced by the melancholic rockband Passion Play. I hope to hear new material from this band sometime, as it has been a long time since the last album. The best tracks on this cd are by Chrome, Fliehende Stürme and Pink Turn Blue.

As said before this series is even better then the New Dark Age series with new music. The sound of the past lives on.
