Alphonse Mucha, "Dance" (1898).
Mucha (1860-1939) was of Czech origin but made his fame in Paris. His work is typical for the Art Nouveau era. Mucha is mostly known as a stylish poster artist, especially the posters he made for the legendary Sarah Bernhardt. His most distinct features: graceful women, decorative style, delicate colours. In Prague you can find the Mucha Museum.
